On behalf of myself, Ross and Electoral Services, thank you so much for everything that you and everyone at Inglewood did to help deliver the election and count. We really couldn’t have done it with you.
Holding a general election in December was always going to be more of a challenge and we massively appreciate all of the additional work that you took on – particularly around the power and lighting for the polling stations which was something that was completely new to us all. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and I know that there was a lot of reactive work you had to deal with in going out to the polling stations on the day and tackling adhoc issues that must have been a strain on you all. To do all of this and keep our H&S team happy at the same time is no mean feat!

Inglewood’s setup provided us with a well laid out, safe and reliable power system, including an ability to provide all night security lighting to help protect the equipment etc. in the stalls. Throughout the setup and the two days, Chris Tomlins was meticulous in his planning and always made sure that the core equipment was set up and tested in good time for the start of each day. He also ensured that all installations complied with health and safety requirements, including placing all cables under the turf in all areas used by members of the public. We will have no hesitation in inviting Inglewood to be an integral part of our next event.
